Customer Satisfaction is our # 1 Priority. If not completely satisfied, you may return items ( except for final sale) for a store credit. Items must be in their original packaging. Returns are accepted with our authorization ONLY.
In order to process a return, please send us an e-mail within 3 DAYS of receipt of goods to: email@example.com with the following information
- Order Number
- Style Number (Description)
- Reason for Return
- Photos ( if needed)
Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders and/or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.Any requests for refunds/returns after the 3 day period as mentioned above will be charged with a 20% restocking fee. Any items sent back without a RMA are automatically subject to a 20% restocking fee. After 10 days of receipt we do not accept any returns or issue refunds.
Refunds & Store Credit
Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as the return is received from you. Any shipping/freight charges will be paid for by the customer.
Refunds on Orders Shipped for Free
If an order shipped under the “Free Shipping” special is returned for a refund, the original shipping charges we incurred will be deducted from the credit owed.
