ZlEyewear.com ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges. DHL & FedEx are used whenever possible, however, a “Common Carrier” can be used in special circumstances.
When will my order be shipped?
In most cases, all orders received before 12:00 P.M. are shipped the next business day. All orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day. All the orders will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed completely.
The shipping costs for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to contact you regarding your shipping costs. We ship all international orders via DHL or Fedex, unless customer prefers their own shipping carrier or freight forwarder. All shipping costs including duty, customers, taxes, and/or brokerage fees are solely the customer’s responsibility and will be paid for by the customer.

Zl Eyewear does NOT take any responsibility for packages damaged while in transit. Any claims on damaged packages must be reported to the carrier.
Delivery Signature Requests
Zl Eyewear automatically does a request for signature for DHL/Fedex packages Please note ZL Wholesale is NOT responsible for any packages which are mishandled, damaged, lost, stolen, or missing once it leaves our warehouse with a working carrier’s tracking number ( DHL / Fedex ).
